These terms describe use of the ViceCity Car Rental website and its booking process. Your confirmed quote and rental agreement provide the terms for your specific rental.
Inquiries and availability
A vehicle listing, AI suggestion or inquiry receipt is not a confirmed reservation. Availability depends on your dates and must be confirmed by our team. Displayed rates help you compare cars; ask for a complete quote before payment.
Your quote and rental agreement
Confirm the vehicle, rental period, total price, taxes, delivery or collection charges, mileage allowance and extra-mileage charges, insurance cover and excess, deposits, cancellation conditions and deposit-return arrangements with our team. These details are set out for your rental; this website does not establish a universal cancellation fee or refund deadline.
Driver and document review
The company's minimum driver age is 21 for all cars. You must provide valid documents suitable for your residency and licence circumstances, and our team must review eligibility before confirming the rental. International driving-permit requirements vary by the licence and visitor's circumstances; ask the team to confirm which documents apply to you. Do not assume that a website upload or payment replaces that review.
Payments, changes and refunds
Pay only against your confirmed booking and check the amount and payment purpose. A rental payment or booking deposit is separate from a security deposit. Contact our team with your booking reference to request a change, cancellation or refund. Eligibility, deductions and timing depend on your agreed rental terms and the payment provider's processing; an inquiry or request alone does not authorize a refund.
Using the website
Provide accurate contact and booking information and only upload documents you are entitled to provide. Keep your login and private booking links confidential. Do not attempt to access another customer's account or documents, submit fraudulent payments or interfere with the service.
